Moneyworld Sharepool Investment Fund - advertisement prohibited

The Securities Commission has made an order under section 44A of the Securities Act 1978 prohibiting Moneyworld International Limited from distributing any advertisement of the company in relation to the Moneyworld Sharepool Investment Fund. The Commission is of the opinion that the promotional material of that company does not comply with the law.

The Commission recommends that members of the public exercise caution before paying money by way of investment in this Fund.
