This notice amends the Securities Act (Overseas Employee Share Purchase Schemes) Exemption Notice 2002 (the principal notice) (2002/329).
This notice amends Schedule 2 of the principal notice to include Switzerland as a specified overseas jurisdiction for listed overseas issuers for the purposes of the principal notice.
