This notice replaces the Securities Act (McDermott Property Group Limited) Exemption Notice 2001.

McDermott Property Group Limited were unable to complete preparation of their offer in time to use the previous exemption. Also the terms of the offer have changed. The exemption is similar to the previous exemption but the date of the Australian prospectus is now on or about 27 May 2002 and the trustee has changed to Australian Rural Group Limited.
